staying strong

Well- my weekend with my family was FABULOUS! I showed them around Rexburg and the campus, which they all seemed to enjoy. We went to IF and Steve helped me get my Panda Fix. Went and showed them the dunes. Now its back to normal life for the next 44 days, then I get to come home! Which Im soo soo ready for. My relationship is over with, trying to stay strong and not melt in tears on my bedroom floor. It was a really good thing... but now its over... so I guess life goes on. Ya, Im ready to come home.

Ok- so its been like hecka hectic these past few days! Homework stacked up all over the place all of a sudden, then Im worried about my grandma (please pray for her!), to stay or not to stay in spring, cheer is like, uber frustrating, then I have sooo many tests this week, and its just all UGH!!!! But, my family comes to visit in 3 days, so Im just trying to get to friday. Because after friday's class ends at 1:45, I get to be with the ones who matter most to me in my life for 4 days! Its gonna be amazing! Im going to show them all around campus and rexburg, MY WAY! which is walking everywhere, so now they'll know my pain! But its sunny outside (well, right now its dark because its night time, but it is in the morning!) So sunny, that I dont have to wear big jackets everywhere! Which makes me uber happy and excited; I just pray that it sticks around for a few more days and doesnt snow like people (*cough* DAD *cough cough*) say. So anyways, I have to take my blood test for anatomy tomorrow, thursday I have clean check, cheer practice, and a psych test... Im just saying that I have 2 more school days to get my brain to cooperate and do the work so that I can play with my family when they get here! I miss them sooo incredibly much!!! Its rediculous!


Plus! I just found out that one of my old best friends has a baby now... HOLY CRAP! what's happening to this world!? Does no one really wait for marriage anymore?! seriously!? a mormon girl gets knocked up now? what is this?! Im completely shocked that it happened to her!

GOOD NEWS!!!!!!! MY FAMILY IS COMING IN 10 DAYS TO VISIT ME FOR PRESIDENT'S DAY WEEKEND!!!!!! IM SOOO EXCITED!!!! I MISS THEM SOOOO SOOO MUCH!!!!!

Life in the Apartment

So life in the apartment is good- different than last semester, for better and worse, but its an overall blast. We make cookies, build forts, watch movies, clean together, and ya... its always something interesting.

The season starts off- good!

So tonight was our first game, and it was FANTASTIC!!!!! sure, there were a few things that didnt hit right away, but in the end everything worked out! and it was a lot of fun! I think it might be better than last season. I love the team. We went to Craigo's afterwards for our team dinner, which is the best part of the whole thing. College basketball is very confusing though... very different than Titan Basketball games. Do you know how confusing it is cheering for both teams? VERY CONFUSING!!!! But it was fun, and we basically pulled the whole thing together in a day. It was sooo good!

PS: Today I went to the college of beauty school. Got my hair thinned and took off 3 inches. Wednesday I'm going blonde!!! YAY!!!! lol

I BEAT THE CHALLENGE!!!

So last friday me, Jay and my two best friends Cody and Elizabeth along with another couple (kenny and his gf) went to Big Juds to do their challenge burgers. Me, being small, decided that I would do the half pound burger, seeings how I dont eat that much in a day anyways. Cody was in with me on the half pound too, since he's trying to cut weight for wrestling. Jay went with the 2 pound, along with kenny, and Liz did the 1 pound. I finished it all by myself, and I'll tell you that I have never been so miserable in all my life!!! That was way too much food! The rest of the night I was trying not to puke my bloody guts out. After big Juds, we decided to go back to Jay's place, go swimming and hottubbing for a few hours, then went and watched a movie (signs to be exact.) It was a great fun night!
